Out of Hours Work in Kensington - University Mall to Barker Street

Out of hours Light Rail utilities relocation work is scheduled to take place on the eastern footpath of Anzac Parade between University Mall pedestrian crossing and Barker Street, Kensington.

The pedestrian footpath will be temporarily closed between 9pm and 5am from Monday 28 August until Thursday 7 September.

Access to the UNSW bus stop will not be impacted and access to properties will be maintained at all times.

Pedestrians will be diverted to the Anzac Parade western side pedestrian footpath via the University Mall or Barker Street signalised pedestrian crossings. Traffic controllers will be on site to direct pedestrians safely around the operations.

Activities include saw cutting, excavation, concrete work, drainage work, utility relocations, pot holing, back filling, traffic control, traffic signals and signage.
